| 1 p.m. | Exhibitors are invited to come to the Congress Center of the Olympik Tristar Hotel, to be welcamed, receive their accreditation and obtain the allocation of the table(s). Their equipment can be left on site until the next day, the halls will be closed and monitored. For those who come with a vehicle – they can unloud their goods at the backside of the Congress center (see picture). |
| 4:30 p.m. | End of registration, closing of the Congress Center rooms. Please note: no unpacking will be possible !!! Exhibitors The rooms will be closed and supervised as soon as it closes and at night for the duration of the Fair. You will need to plan to protect your equipment. Parking Car parks are located in the komplex Olympik. Private parking lot is available exclusively for participants. |
Cultural Program
| 5:00 p.m. | Bus from hotels to the city and visit the Tyrs´ House (seat of Sokol organisation ) • Guided tour of the exhibition “100 Years Since the 8th Olympic Congress in Prague 1925” with a commentary on the technical and pedagogical parts of the congress. • Guided tour of the exhibition “100 Years Since the Opening of Tyrš House” (a historic building and center for physical education”. • Lecture on the Sokol movement and a tour of the Tyrš House sport halls (in English) |
| 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. | Cruise on the Vltava River with the historic steamboat of the “Parníky Praha” company, including refreshments (buffet dinner) and a guide’s commentary on the sights (in English). |

| 7 p.m. | „Silent auction“ in hotel Olympik (Olymp Lounge) on the 19th floor with panoramatic view of Prague. Free but reservation required, limited places, priority to exhibitors and their accompanying person. Light refreshment provided. |
Silent Auction
An Unmissable Event at the World Olympic Collectors’ Fairs
The concept is simple: Olympic and sports memorabilia or documents, regardless of their value, are displayed on various tables. Each participant in this convivial evening can bid on the items of their choice by writing their bid on a sheet placed next to each item, without uttering a word. This is the essence of a “silent auction,” which contrasts with the often lively and electric atmosphere of traditional auction rooms. However, it’s not entirely silent; participants stroll among the items, enjoying cocktails and sharing collectors’ memories with one another. When the organizer announces the end of the auction, the last name written on each bid sheet wins the coveted item.
All prices are net, meaning there are no additional taxes or fees, and the proceeds from the sale help finance the organization of the Fair. Where do the items come from? They are donated by private collectors, institutions, and even exhibitors of the Fair.

| 7 p.m. | „Gala“ dinner in the city center in the oldest brewery (pub) and the most visited famous restaurant in Prague „U Fleků“ – est. in 1499. Dinner with perfect beer and other specialities (menu details including vegetarian course will be communicated later). And with local Flek‘s music… Perfect atmosphere, georgeus evening… |
