Terms and Conditions for Participation in the 28th World Olympic Collectors Fair Prague 2025
- The 28th World Olympic Collectors Fair Prague 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Fair) is organized by the OLYMPSPORT, zájmové sdružení (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), on the basis of authorization from the international organization AICO.
- These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the TaC) regulate the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with the participation of collectors in the Fair.
- Terms and conditions are concluded in Czech and English, with the legally valid contract in Czech. The concluded contract is archived by the Organizer for the purpose of its successful fulfillment and is not accessible to third parties. These TaCOP are published on the website www.wocfprague2025.org.
- The participant of the Fair registers and orders services according to the interactive offer in the column “Participant Registration”
- The participant from the EU will then receive a confirmation of the order and payment instructions. The order comes into effect on the day of payment to the Organizer’s account.
- The participant from outside the EU will pay for the order by credit card via the payment gateway. The order comes into effect at the moment of payment.
- All prices stated in the service offer are in EUR.
- By sending the order, the participant confirms that he has read these Terms and Conditions and that he expressly agrees with them.
- The Organizer handles personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The protection principles are elaborated in a separate document “General Data Protection REgulation)” and are on the Fair website www.wocfprague2025.org.
